My Name is Aimee North

I am a dedicated Pilates Practitioner, offering classes at St Giles Church in Ickenham and St Andrews Church in Roxbourne. Furthermore, I am an instructor with GLL Better, where I teach Pilates at Highgrove Pool and Leisure Centre. In my classes, I utilize Pilates rings, balls, resistance bands, and weights to enhance the overall experience. My focus is on improving flexibility, core engagement, coordination, concentration, and breathing, while also promoting self-confidence. Participants can anticipate enhancements in posture and stress relief as they advance in their practice."
